Bee-Line Bus System (Service Optimization / Transformation)
This projects objective was to take an existing service offered by SCAD, and through various methods of research, understand then recreate the experience. I focused on creating a more inviting and seamless experience while reducing confusion for those riding and operating to increase productivity. In order to accomplish this I used a wide array of tools, including but not restricted to: Various forms of Contextual research, qualitative and quantitative analysis, brand positioning, user inquiry, persona development, and research into best practices.
